The food of long-livers is balanced, that is, in the diet there is an optimal
balance of food and biologically active elements. Never forget to add dandelion,
plantain, and nettle.
Sometimes vegetarian food is short of amino acids: tryptophan, lysine,
and methionine. In this case, one should take care of correct choice of
food. For example, eggs may be changed by beans, which are very rich in
tryptophan. One can find lysine in cereals, for instance. Mentionine is
